I found him at Frank And Son for a $1, he's not complete yet but i'm working on it. I always wanted him when i was a child. My friend wouldn't let me play with him...Than again, he never let me play with any of his toys lol...that's ok, i had turtles toys he never own or seen before and i never let him touch my toys..
Here is someone that not a whole lot of people will remember, because he wasn't in cartoons or comic books. But if your a fan for a long time of the Ninja Turtles, than you will remember him and have some flash backs when your a kid seeing him in stores or playing with him as a child.
